Classes range from 20-50 minutes and are somewhat of a wild experience for your mind, body and soul! The trifecta. These classes are sure to get your heart pumping with some sweaty cardio! No bike? No problem. You can follow along on your treadmill at home!

B A R R E

With classes ranging from 20-60 minutes, there is a Barre class for everyone! Barre is a combination of strength training, dance (don't worry you don't need to be a dancer!), pilates and yoga. It hits muscles you never knew you had, and has incredible capability to tone the body... quickly! We're hooked! Every pulse is perfectly timed to match the beat and we move together as one team, in studio or at home.

Y O G A

Yoga at The Study isn't about fancy poses and expensive yoga pants. We smile a lot, and laugh even more. We make lame jokes and love colourful outfits.
We listen to our bodies and emotions. We stretch to nourish and calm our minds on the days when we feel stressed and tired. We push further and break through barriers on days when we feel energized and driven. We have different styles and types of classes to ensure that we meet everyone's needs.

Short on time but still want to make a little sweaty magic? We have you covered! Perfect on their own or as an addition to another video. Work your arms, booty, core and more!

P R E & P O S T N A T A L

Classes for mamas and mamas-to-be! These classes will be focused on preparing and recovering from pregnancy and labor by strengthening the pelvic floor and core. This space will allow mamas to reconnect with their body through safe, functional, and fun movement.
